I just got home from a very nice vacation for the past week. Some friends and I went down to Gulf Shores Alabama and went on a 2 day deep sea fishing excursion. I’ve never been on a boat like that where we literally fish all day and then sleep on the boat at night. I must say it was absolutely incredible!!! We caught more fish than I care to eat in an entire year, and I love fish, so you get the picture.
I got back home to one of our staff members in our office notifying me that he got two more short sales approved while we were gone and he already has buyers lined up for both of them already. They’re both steals for the buyers and we were able to pick them up pretty cheap, so I’m more than a little bit excited, to say the least!
I just feel incredibly grateful right now. As much as I love to work (I really do love what I do…) I REALLY love to play too. And I feel truly blessed that I was able to get away for a few days and go have some fun with some buddies of mine. Coming home to a couple of deals was just a bonus.
God is good. What are you grateful for today?

I am grateful for everything. Even the trials that we go through, I look at them as learning experiences. I just thank God for everything, even the not so good things that happen along the road called life.
Be Blessed and thanks for sharing.

Shaun: I have followed your teachings, and philosophy, and find them to be akin to what I would like to accomplish.
I have a weakness, and that is a bias toward inaction. Yet there is a burning desire to overcome this attitude.
I deeply desire to raise funds for a Christian outreach in Haiti. The main focus is a school. We have 900 students, 150 of these are foster children, 45 teachers, and the grades go through high school. On my part I would like to raise 5,000 per month to support the teachers and staff. I felt that I should be able to make a transaction to cover this area. Your thoughts are close to mine.

Please let me know what suggestions you may have to get me started, and change my bias to action. May God Bless, Vince

Hey, brother — congrats on the two deals while you were “gone fishin’” Can’t beat that with a stick!
You’re a machine, dude! Anyone who wants to REALLY learn what the preforeclosure / short sale biz is about should start with you, my friend!
