Grace,

It's obvious by your response that you don't understand what Lifeonaire is all about. In addition, you didn't bother to pay attention to the message, so this doesn't surprise me.

First, I didn't sell my house to move into an apartment. That was never said. What was said is that I came to a decision that debt has the potential to turn people into slaves, and that no matter who you are, no matter how much you can afford the debt, and regardless of whether it's "good debt" or bad debt, it's still debt. When debt is present, regardless of how much money you make, you have agreed to serve that lender until the debt is paid off. Even the bible says that the "borrower is servant to the lender."

Because of this realization, and since my own personal residence was not owned free and clear, I made a conscious decision to sell it. As a matter of fact, I made the conscious decision to eliminate ALL of my debts, which even included debts that were making me money. The decision had nothing to do with whether or not I could afford the payments. I haven't been so much as a day late on any payment of any kind since I was a teenager. (For the record, I also sold off a number of rental properties as well since you're so inclined to know the truth.) Selling the house had nothing to do with whether or not I could afford it. If you saw how immaculate my credit is, how much money I make, and how quickly I could make a phone call and have access to millions of dollars in a matter of a few hours, well then yes, the truth would be rather interesting wouldn't it? You would likely eat your words.

If you had any idea what all of this "LIfeonaire BS" has meant to the people that have been a part of it (myself included) you would likely be very apologetic for your response. The "truth" would probably embarrass you once you found out how ignorant your comment really is.

The bottom line is, if you want to know the truth, all you have to do is ask. I have nothing to hide. If you knew me, you would know that I teach based on real life experiences and that I'm an open book. Asking questions to get the truth can go a lot further than making accusations.

Odd, why would you sell that house and move into an apartment... After all, it was your dream home... Financial problems or just more "Lifeonaire" BS? Wouldn't it be interesting to hear the truth????
