A couple of days ago I was brainstorming with my good friend Steve Cook about all of the crazy things that are happening in today’s real estate market, and what opportunities that we as real estate investors are seeing becoming available. The conversation was, to say the least, very interesting.
Because of time restraints we decided that we would continue to expand on the conversation at a later date. We also decided that it would be one heck of a learning experience for the Short Sale Wealth Community of Investors (namely, YOU) if we were able to, rather than just talk amongst ourselves, roadcast our conversation as a free call for everyone to eavesdrop and listen in.
